Press Release Summary = One out of every three people have insomnia at some time in
their life, including myself. After just 1 week of taking this whole food vitamin, I
am sleeping deeply for 7 hours per night.

Press Release Body = If you suffer from insomnia, or have any difficulty sleeping
you may be nutrient deficient, and The Greatest Vitamin in the World can help. My
name is Steve Warshaw, and for the past 10 years I have worked as a Software
Engineer. The carrer I chose required long hours of sitting in a chair, concentraing
on solitions to highly complex problem. Getting home late at night (or early in the
morning), I would sit down in front of the television, and try to get my brain to
\"shut off.\" Trying to fall asleep was nearly impossible as my mind would constantly
spin round and round. The sleep I did get was restless; I usually would wake up about
every hour, and some nights I would just give up and start my day over.

What I didn\'t know was that my diet, which admitedly was very poor, was more to
blame for my sleepless nights than my job. You see, one out of every three people
have insomnia at some time in their life. Habitual sleeplessness is classified as
insomnia. Chronic insomnia affects one out of ten Americans, and that rate
increases to one in three among otherwise healthy seniors. A sleep disorder known as
sleep apnea affects about 20 million more Americans, robbing them of the rest and
rejuvenation and health and wellness that come only as a result of getting a good
night's sleep.

When sleep deprivation robs the body of nutrients, serious deterioration in
performance and the onset of disease ensues. People with sleep apnea often face an
increased risk of heart disease and higher than normal blood pressure. Drowsiness
also decreases mental alertness, accounts for lower productivity at work, as well as
automobile accidents each year.

However, sleeping pills are not the answer. Long-term use of sleep aids can lead to
insomnia. Most of them have terrible side effects, and to be honest, they really
didn\'t work for me at all.

Sleep deprivation can also be linked to disorders such as depression, anxiety,
stress, and grief.

I started taking the Greatest Vitamin in the World 2 years ago today. I also made an
appointment with a nutritionist and and a personal trainer. Within 1 week, JUST 1
WEEK, I was sleeping deeply 7 hours per night.

Studies have shown that Magnesium, Zinc, and vitamin B nutritionally help the body
to have deeper and more restful sleep. In addition, garlic has been shown to
improve serotonin levels, which are involved in the regulation of sleep. Add in a
reasonable diet, and 1 hour of walking per day, and your insomnia is almost sure to
improve, or even disappear.
